 The Tipi Garden Resort has a variety of accommodation to suit every taste. From luxury tipis, to traditional rooms and even a treehouse-style rooftop. All rooms have fans and free WiFi. Bathroom and toilet facilities are shared throughout.​ The accommodation is set in a vibrant, tropical garden just a one minute walk behind  Kudle Beach.

Luxury Tipis

Enjoy a royal experience in our Luxury Tipi accommodation. An unforgettable experience for nature lovers. Comfort and natural living, perfectly combined. Unsurprisingly they are the most popular accommodation in the Tipi Garden Resort as they offer a truly glamorous experience. The Luxury Tipis are furnished to a very high standard with a Super-King Size Bed or two Single Beds as you require. Each Luxury Tipi has its own private veranda with shade, seating and hammocks. Attached private basin and wash area with running water is available for each Luxury Tipi.  We currently have four Luxury Tipis nestled in the organic garden and surrounding the outdoor Yoga Shala. A one minute walk brings to you the golden sands of Kudle beach. If you have never experienced Tipi life you will never want to stay in a room again. Spacious and luxurious our tipis offer you an affordable Maharaja experience. 

Rooftop Treehouse

The Tree House style rooftop boasts the best views in the Tipi Garden Resort. Jungle views, mountain views, garden views. A feast for the eyes! It combines the excitement of tree house living with the comfort and safety of having a solid floor under your feet. The location of this room in the quiet east end of the property means that guests can enjoy a very large garden without any through traffic from guests staying in other parts of the resort. The 360 degree views are truly spectacular. Nature lovers will spend hours observing the local wildlife from this great vantage point. You will see monkeys, peacocks, eagles and kites, kingfishers, mongooses and much more. The accommodation is available with a Super-King Size Bed or three Single Beds and has a large private balcony where you can practice your yoga or simply enjoy some quiet time. Guests staying in this room have use of the Eco Bathroom. The beach is just a two minute walk away.

Double Room

For those of you who enjoy traditional comforts but still want to be close to nature. The Double Bedroom comprises of the ground floor of the Mini Beach Villa. Located in east end of the Tipi Yoga Garden it is surrounded by its own private garden and has a private entrance gate. The large balcony and veranda offer ample outdoor living space. Guests staying here will also have use of the Eco Bathroom. The accommodation comes with a Super-King Size Bed or two Single Beds as you require and has a private wash basin with running water. The location of this room in the quiet east end of the property means that guests can enjoy a very large garden without any through traffic from guests staying in other parts of the resort. This also gives you a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature and wildlife of the forest that borders the property on this end. From peacocks to kingfishers, mongooses and monkeys nature lovers will enjoy a Jungle Book experience. 

Garden Bungalow

The Garden Bungalow is our single room. Small but full of charm it is conveniently located in the garden by the Yoga Shala. Constructed with a mix of traditional and modern materials it was the first guest room to be built in the Tipi Garden Resort. This room has a Maxi Single Bed and is suitable for single occupancy. It is located in a shady spot in the organic garden just a one minute walk to Kudle Beach. The room has a private balcony and bathroom facilities are nearby.
