DEPOSIT | PAYMENT | CANCELLATION POLICY

​DEPOSIT

To reserve your place on one of our retreats, please make a 50% deposit up to 90 days before the start of the retreat or the full cost of the retreat thereafter. Please note that the deposit is only refundable up to 60 days before the start of the retreat.

FULL PAYMENT

Full payment is due 60 days prior to the start date of the yoga retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that we will be unable to issue refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or for any other reason that we are not responsible for. If you cancel your participation on a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply. As we have high costs already incurred when organising a retreat we are unfortunately unable to compensate people for unforeseen circumstances. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in case your plans change but to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance as soon as you have paid your deposit.

IF YOU CANCEL THE YOGA RETREAT:

• 90 days or more prior to the start of the yoga retreat: you receive a full refund

• 61-89 days prior to the start of the retreat: you receive a 50% refund

• 0-60 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat: the deposit and other payments are not refundable

IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT

We have never had to cancel a retreat. However, if we do cancel a trip due to too few participants, we will refund you all deposits and payments you have made to us. As with all yoga retreat operators we cannot however compensate you for airfares, travel or any other costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a yoga retreat due to extreme weather, natural disaster, political upheaval or any other force majeure we cannot guarantee a refund. It will be dependant on us receiving a refund from any venue or tour operator we work with and our insurance. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance as soon as you reserve your retreat.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We strongly advise you to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances by purchasing travel insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• you cancel your participation on the retreat
• the retreat is cancelled due to force majeure or not enough participants to run the trip
• lost baggage
• medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
